The first High Grade Class of the year will be on Thursday the 19th of January !8:30-20:30 at The Mason Street Dojo.

The last practice of 2011 will be on Tuesday the 20th of December.
Classes restart on Friday the 6th of January.

The last High Grade Class of the year is on Thursday the 15th of December 18:30 - 20:30 at the Mason Street Dojo.

The next High Grade Class is on Thursday December the 1st, 18:30 - 20:30 at the Mason street Dojo.

Congratulations to everyone who passed their gradings last night.

We are running a one day course at the Mason Street Dojo on Sunday the 4th of December. The course is open to all Keitenshin Kai members and will start at 10am, we aim to finish at 5pm. There will be breaks throughout the day but we are planning on 6 hours of paced practice, tea and coffee will be provided but bring your own lunch! Cost £12/£15.

The next Gradings are on Thursday the 10th of November at The Mason Street Dojo. Gradings start at 18:00 and will take about an hour and a half. The Dojo will be open from 17:15 so don't be late on the mat if you are grading!

The class afterwards will run until 21:00, a little bit later than normal.

To start the new term, we have a take-part demonstration at the Sugden Centre. The format is half class, half demonstration, to give you a taste of what you'll be learning in the first term and beyond. Arrive a few minutes early if you can, wear loose, comfortable clothing, you'll be in bare feet on the mat. We are upstairs in Activity Room 1. See you there!
