The university class on Wednesdays at the Sugden Centre resumes on the 16th September, at the usual time of 6pm.
A week later, we will have a Fresher's Fair stall on the 22nd and 23rd - if you'd like to help out please come along or let one of the instructors know.
The lesson on the 30th September will be a take-part demo, taken by Senseis Jon and Sarah.
Black Belt Grading and course
Grading starts at 10am, but please arrive earlier to help with mats. All black belts should come on the mat for the grading.
The course will run from the end of the grading (likely to be 11am) until 1pm. The course is open to all members of the Keitenshin Kai at any grade including beginners. The venue is the Sugden Centre, off Oxford Road.
Congratulations
Well done to everyone who graded on Wednesday! Everyone did well, despite the heat, and the fire alarm...
See you all at Mason St, and back at the Sugden in September!
