Just a quick update about Wednesday classes - they restart this coming Wednesday, 22nd September, 6:15pm at the Sugden Centre. Everyone is welcome to these classes, student or not, any grade, so come along! As a beginner it's a great chance to practice with other beginners, and as a grade it's a good chance to practice with a different set of people. And of course, the Sugden Centre now has brand new mats!
